You may submit either your original video(dvd, video tape, etc.,), or a copy of the video clip. Please remember we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected videos, so if your video is very valuable to you, you should send us a copy. You may submit more than one video clip on a single submission. Please include a brief description of the video clip and try to cue the video up to the relevent part. Make sure you include your name, address, phone number email address, signed release form (No returns) with the video.

Once Erractic Video receives your video, it is assigned a unique identification number. The submitter's information is entered into our database and the tape is passed to the screening department. Once the video is screened and is considered appropriate for further evaluation, we may make a professional dub of the video for our library and contact the submitter for further production and assessment.
What is the status of my video?
Your release forms and a copy of your clip will remain in our system indefinitely. When we build shows, we are constantly reviewing and reconsidering material that has come to us since day one. Therefore, there is a good chance your clip will find it's way into a show, even if you haven't heard from us in a while.
Will you notify me if you decide to use my clip?
Once a clip has been chosen to appear in a show, we will contact the owner and bring them in for production if necessary. We contact the owner the first time a clip is aired, but not for re-runs or subsequent airings. In order for us to contact you in a timely manner, please keep us up to date with your current address and phone number. Questions or comments
